Carlee Lucas-Gear has been a veterinary nurse since 2011 and leads the dermatology veterinary nursing team at MediPaws, providing both clinical and operational support across the practice. Carlee plays a key role in coordinating schedules, facilitating internal communication, and supporting both our team and clients.

With a background spanning general practice, emergency, and specialist nursing, Carlee brings a wealth of experience and empathy to her role. As a pet parent to a dog with skin disease, she truly understands the challenges our clients face – and is always available to discuss your pet’s test results, medications, or care plan.
