Dan graduated from the University of Sydney with first-class honours in Veterinary Science like both his wife and his father. He has some concerns that one of his four kids looks vulnerable to follow this career as well!
He enjoyed general practice with farm and companion animals across New Zealand, a few Australian states and England before specialising in surgery of dogs and cats back home in Sydney.
Dan has experience across the breadth of surgical conditions and thinks that being able to use his skills in surgery to help heal his patients is a great privilege, but he has also committed a great deal to advanced learning, research and training in specific areas of orthopaedics. Some of the procedures he is able to offer to MediPaws patients are available in only a few hospitals worldwide.
