Frances is the Lead Anaesthesia Nurse and a self-confessed anaesthesia nerd with a big focus on patient safety and smooth, stress-free anaesthetics. She graduated from Middlesex University in the UK in 2013 and loves supporting her team through education, protocol development, and practical, hands-on nursing. Known for her calm energy and attention to detail, Frances is happiest when everything is running safely and smoothly.

 

Outside the hospital, Frances is either at the beach or at home being bossed around by her cats, Jimmy and Lucy.
