Kate is one of our senior internal medicine nurses at MediPaws. She’s been a vet nurse for 15 years, with over 9 years in specialist nursing, and has undertaken advanced internal medicine training, meaning she’s well equipped to manage the complex array of cases handled by our internal medicine team. 

Kate is also the hospital’s cat champion, leading the way in creating a calm, stress-free environment for our precious feline patients. She lives with four cats and a dog who bravely tolerates being outnumbered. Despite her “crazy cat lady” credentials, she nurses doggos with genuine love, she just doesn’t talk about it as much.

She’s a brilliant nurse, relentless cat advocate, and a gentle menace in scrubs. We adore her… and we’re pretty sure the patients do too.
