Tamara has been working in the veterinary industry since 2007 and is an experienced Oncology Nurse with a strong interest in medicine and emergency and critical care. She combines clinical skill with genuine warmth in everything she does.

She understands that cancer treatment is not just about protocols and medications. It’s about supporting families through an emotional and often overwhelming time. Tamara is passionate about making every visit feel safe, informed, and supported, and she is known for her humour, calm presence, gentle approach, and dedication to patient comfort.

While she thrives in oncology, she also moonlights for the medicine and ECC departments. But whether she’s monitoring chemotherapy, managing a complex medical case, or offering quiet reassurance to a worried owner, Tamara brings both experience and heart to every patient she cares for.

At home, her love for animals continues. She shares her life with four cats, three dogs, two bearded dragons, and one very important human child, so she truly understands just how much our pets mean to us.
